The guest quarters are part of the mansion and offers a lot of privacy including own kitchen, your own full bathroom, your private living room and a private entrance and terrasse. Close to the 1 train plus private parking. Walking distance to Manhattan college and Horace Mann. 10 min form Manhattan, 25 min from LGA.

The apartment is on the ground floor of our beautiful brownstone in the Mount Hope Section in the Bronx. Kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared with me and my husband.

The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.
