It is 6.6m from Alton Towers, and close to Uttoxeter Race Course, JCB and The Potteries. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining area, guest lounge, garden and front balcony. 3 private parking spaces to the rear of the property, and free visitor car park also on site. A larger en-suite bedroom is also available to book, with a TV and drink making facilities.

Easy access to Alton Towers, JCB Rocester, Peak District, Derbyshire Dales, Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. The Duncombe Arms is within walking distance. Use of breakfast room, fridge and microwave. Guests share a bathroom, kitchen, sitting and dining rooms within the guest wing with other guests if present, though numbers are kept low for a relaxed stay. Private entrance. Peaceful hamlet within walking distance of a pub, 5 mins to Albrighton, 10 mins to the M54 and close to David Austin Roses. Hosts live in a separate part of the house.

However, having gained my 5 stars from Environmental Health I can offer you other meals at a reasonable extra charge. I'm au fait with allergens and can also cater for Vegetarians and Vegans. This single room is dog friendly
