Our countryside cottage situated less than 20 minutes from Saffron Walden or 30 minutes from Cambridge warmly welcomes you. It's ideal for couples, or if you are travelling alone, and in a secluded, very quiet rural location. A lovely garden and parking are free for you to use and enjoy. There is asy access to Cambridge, Newmarket, Duxford Museum and links to London by train from Royston (Kings Cross) or Audley End (Liverpool Street). Close to M11 at Duxford and A1 at Baldock. Several guests have used and appreciated the location cycling from London to Cambridge, finding this an ideal spot to have a relaxing break 'in the middle'. The garden has been experienced as a special, relaxing and inspiring space by all previous guests and you are very welcome to use and enjoy it. There is seating in all its areas and weather permitting breakfast is served in the garden if you wish! IMPORTANT NOTE: Often online maps indicate that the cottage is on the opposite side of the road. These things ensure you will find it quickly: * Coming from Langley it's on the right side, from Chishill / Barley on the left side of the road. * It helps to look at the listing's first picture to recognise the cottage and the little gate close to the house carries a sign with the house name and number.

A Continental style Breakfast which will more than fill you up, is included as well or a takeaway if you're leaving early. The River Ouse is only a 10 min walk away as well as other country walks Very close to Restaurants (Car or Bus 15 minutes) the A1 and M1. No transport? We offer a car service to/from Train stations or Airports!

Stylish decor and a charming place to stay. Annex to a thatched cottage in a beautiful village with own its front door and parking. Spacious and comfortable bedroom, king size bed, extra seating, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Good wifi and smart TV. spacious ensuite shower room. Underfloor heating throughout. Local pub is very welcoming and serves lovely food. station 5 mins, market town of saffron walden 10 mins, Stansted airport 15 mins and Cambridge 30 mins drive. we have 2 dogs.

Pretty double room near centre + tasty breakfast

Our guests love the room as it is cheerful and warm. There is a lovely garden at the back of the flat which you are welcome to use. The flat is well located for public transport into central London (10 minutes by tube to Euston and Kings Cross ), there is a train straight to Stansted from Tottenham Hale (35 mins) and Liverpool Street(12 mins)We are a multi cultural couple. My husbands is Cuban and I am Scottish. We speak English, French and Spanish. You will love our 20 year old cat Joey!

Being located in a rural/countryside location, there are lovely walks and cycling routes enabling guests to enjoy the surrounding villages and local area. We live in a 100 YEAR OLD large semi detached Victorian house in the heart of East London and borders of Essex, Its a magnificent location outside of the city but also within minutes to the city. It's very green and very diverse. You will see people from all walks of life. Behind our home we have a beautiful park that you can enjoy, it has a small boating lake, gym, tennis and basket ball courts , coffee shops and ample green space as well as a Mansion that you can visit for free

Gorgeous large sunny, en suite, twin room + b’fast

We are situated literally at the foot of Alexandra Palace Park that boasts one of the best views of London, and 20 minutes overground train (Alexandra Palace) from the centre. The newly refurbished room now with an en-suite shower and toilet, overlooks our tropical garden featured on the BBC. We also have an additional single room that can be rented out with sole use of our larger shower room. Continental breakfast is included.

Audley End station is accessible by car "3 minutes" or by buses "10 minutes". Ideal place for Saffron Hall as it is within walking distance. Parking is available.
