Attached to the back of the main house, it is fully private with its own entrance. Available for same-day and last-minute stays.

Local touches abound inside this cozy guest house. Yard is complete with seating and fire pit, relax and enjoy a glass of wine or soak away the day in the hot tub! This guesthouse is a quaint and comfortable stop for travelers looking for value and convenience in a safe neighborhood. Located close to SoFi stadium, Disneyland, Long Beach airport and LAX and with many great restaurants to choose from. The house is also just a short drive to the beach and downtown Long Beach.

Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

Casa Villa invites you to stay at our cozy guest farm house. Our farmhouse is fully stocked with a king size bed, futon, iron, Wifi, heater and air conditioning. We also offer a well stocked bathroom with all necessary essentials. You'll also find a kitchen with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker to start your mornings! Near Freeway 5, 105, 605, and 91 only 25 minutes away from Disneyland, 40 minutes from Universal Studios, and 20 minutes from downtown Long Beach & The Long Beach airport.
