Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

This peaceful and central detached guest apartment is located in a friendly neighborhood near the St. John's river, 10 mins from Downtown Jacksonville, and less than a half hour from the beach. At the same time, the house is located in a quiet area where you will not be disturbed by the various noises of city life.
