This charming suite is on the 2nd floor of our 400sqm private house with plenty of soul, tradition, and history. The house was originally built in 1896 and keeps the main structure since 1936. More than an accommodation our guests book an experience in a particularly unique, personal, and authentic way. We are a family of cultural mixes and we love the concept of sharing, receiving, and taking care of our guests as new friends. We’re located in the Art District, close to the historical center.

Close to walks through woodland (5 minutes away), a trip into Durham (4 miles) or Newcastle (20 miles). Pets welcome. Supermarket 5 mins walk away.

We are walking distance to Goddard State Park: with horseback riding, boating, beach, golf, biking, picnics, and trails to run & walk. We are midpoint to Providence, Newport, and Narragansett. Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. The bedroom has a super king size bed, dressing table, chest of drawers and hanging rail and en-suite shower. Parking on site Guests are welcome to use our Gym

Comforts include heated floors, air conditioning and powered room-darkening blinds.

Dunelm Studio, Durham City

Comfortable studio apartment for two. In great location a pleasant 10 minute walk, via the riverside from the historic city centre, with its many attractions and numerous options for shopping and entertainment. Could accommodate baby if necessary and I will provide travel cot and high chair if required at no extra cost. However, guests must provide own bedding and other requirements for baby feeding etc.
