The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Away in the Bay, beachfront panorama, Free WiFi

Wake up at "Away in the Bay" and stroll across the road to the sheltered waters of Geographe Bay. A three minute walk into town for a coffee, meal or shop. Or experience the Margaret River region that specialises in food, wine, chocolate, cheese ...the more energetic can explore caves, snorkel, surf and dive in the Indian Ocean! The house is ideally placed to enjoy it all! The beach house is opposite the beach, park and playground and has beach views from the ground floor and main bedroom.

Terrace Studio, a short stroll to town and beach.

This private studio is just 300m from town and the beach. Attached to the main house but fully self‑contained, it offers your own entrance and a secluded courtyard. Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge room. The studio includes reverse‑cycle air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and a TV. The private courtyard is ideal for storing bikes or surfboards and there is shaded off‑street parking. Access is simple with a lockbox at the studio entrance.

Modern Dunsborough Escape (Free Wi-Fi)

A modern house in a superb location in the Dunsborough Lakes. Carnegie Drive has large open living spaces with small touches to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The outdoor entertaining area boasts a BBQ with a 10 seater table perfect for summer evenings. The backyard also opens up to a large deck and plunge pool to keep you cool during those hot summer days. Located 200m from the golf course, right next to town and Geographe Bay, this house is ideal for your next down south visit.

Whitesands Dunsborough Beach Cottage

Thoughtfully appointed villa accommodates 4 guests across 2 bedrooms—one with a luxurious king bed, the other two king singles. Tucked into lush, leafy gardens, it's a two-minute stroll to the beach. Enjoy hotel-quality linen, a bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower. Separate toilet/ vanity area. Located within easy driving distance of Margaret River region, it's an ideal base for exploring the area's renowned vineyards & natural beauty. Note: No ocean views. Pets not permitted.

The Siding -Yallingup Retreat

With it's own private vineyard, this picturesque 10 acre property is a true retreat! You won’t find a better place to escape day to day life. Set in the Margaret River wine region of WA, nestled between Yallingup and trendy Dunsborough, you’ll feel a million miles away, yet if you wish to venture out, there's so much on your doorstep: beautiful beaches, wineries, caves, walking trails and many more tourist attractions. Catering for all seasons, pool in summer, log fire in winter.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The Secluded Beach House on Cove

Delightful beach house, located two streets from the beach and just minutes to Dunsborough town centre. Hotel-style accommodation, with all linen and extras included. Fully furnished house with master bedroom and full-sized en-suite. Second and third bedrooms with separate full-sized bathroom. Suitable for couples and families, with plenty of room, fully ducted air conditioning and heating, large fully enclosed back yard with a deck and grassed area.

Studio @ 36 Close to the beach and to town!

Our new studio @ 36 is ready to host couples. Located only 300 m from the beach and parklands of geographe bay or a 700 m stroll into town. It’s the perfect location to avoid getting in the car and discovering what Dunsborough has to offer. You’ll find this space private and comfortable. It is attached to the main house where the owners live but it has its own entry and car park, kitchenette, ensuite and courtyard.

This holiday home is comfortably situated among the Peppermint trees lining Toby Inlet and being only 200m from the turquoise waters of Geographe Bay is the perfect beach getaway.
