This self contained space is part of our family home in popular Stoneybatter but has its own entrance so you will be in a family home but with the added benefit of being self contained. Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Our en-suite bedroom with private entrance is all yours. It is a bright guest room with your very own bathroom and shower. Our home is located 3 to 4 km south-east of Dublin's city centre. We are 6 min walking distance from the Aviva Stadium and 10 min from RDS. The City Centre is within reach by DART in 13 min. Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.

Private one- bedroom garden suite with its own entrance. 5 min walk/ Aviva Stadium 15 min/3 Arena and the RDS. 30 min walk to city centre and accessible by bus, taxi or DART. Though the suite is very private, it is an extension to our residence where we live, so we are nearby to help you with recommendations. Great central location. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and coffee shop. Live music venues for traditional music close by. 900 metres from Grafton street. No Kitchen, Your own private Top Floor bedroom and bathroom with large electric shower. No shared space, all private for your own use, your own secure door. 5ft wide bed. My place is two floors up, top floor, access by stairs only. It's on the main street so expect street Noise and Noise from the bar. There is no Kitchen.

Bright spacious mews in great location

This is a lovely bright, spacious mews, tucked away behind the main house, in a peaceful area, with 2 double bedrooms. The location is perfect with the city centre just 7 km away & lots of great shops, restaurants and bars close by. There is free parking in the driveway. Excellent public transport is also only minutes away. The beach is 10 mins walk and there is a spar shop around the corner, where you can hire bikes for €1/hour ( see bleeperactive.com for details )
