A vintage horse trailor restored into a modern day Tinyhouse with en-suite bathroom & kitchenette complete with Microwave, Kettle, charcoal bbq, with views across the countryside. Located on a quiet country road with a local pub 6 minutes walk away serving food. Local village 5 minutes drive. 10 minutes drive from Trim castle & many more other heritage sites nearby. Car needed.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In the "Hearth" of everywhere but in the middle of nowhere. Iris Cottage is just an hour from Dublin and 15 mins from kells with holistic treatments available such as reflexology, massages or even try a seaweed bath to help you unwind. If its sightseeing then we have Loughcrew Cairns and Fore abbey on our doorstep. But if its fishing your interested in then check out Lough Lene and Lough Bane, or one of the many other lakes around us.

The safest and cozy place

We own the apartment and usually live here, so it’s well-equipped and designed for comfortable everyday living — perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. During the summer, we're away, and we're happy to share our space with respectful guests who will treat it like their own. Please do not lose the keys, especially the building entrance key — there is no spare copy, and replacements can only be arranged through the management company. A €50 fee will apply for any lost key.
