Large covered terrace, well and fireplace, and there is a large pool 8x4m2 with a beach of 100m2, and a table tennis and volleyball net.

The pool is equipped with countercurrent swimming system. House has his own private parking space and it has his own entrance and private yard. Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.
