The property is just a short drive from the coast and is the perfect base for exploring the beaches and hills of Northumberland. It is also a perfect place to bring your dogs on holiday too as there are walks straight from the cottage into the grounds and through the woods adjacent to the historic Preston Tower. EllinghamCottages welcomes you to The Signalbox, our gorgeous little studio. It's in the village of Ellingham, has a log burner, south facing balcony and a private enclosed garden. It's fully equipped for self-catering and is within a minute's walk of a great pub if you don't fancy cooking. Its name is our little touch of whimsy because we immediately thought of a signal box when we first saw it with its exterior wooden panelling.
