Longforgan is near Dundee, one of the most up and coming cities in Scotland. We are only 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Highlands of Scotland.

A quiet , cosy, comfortable and well-appointed one bedroom ground floor flat in the heart of beautiful Broughty Ferry. Externally there is private garden with picnic bench overlooking a well maintained communal garden court yard. A gentleman’s and ladies bikes are available for the use by guests.

The Studio is a delightful little hideaway in a large private garden close to Dundee city centre (15 min walk). It is a cosy, timber floored room with options for twin or superking beds, desk, tea and coffee making facilities and ample storage for two people on a short stay. It has its own front door and is ideal for one or two people or a couple. Let me know when booking how you would like the beds made up.. There is a small, private shower room with toilet, wash basin and electric shower.

Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.
