This townhouse is very close to campus with easy access to downtown Lawrence and k-10. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, and pans for your use. The townhouse has been in the family for many years and has recently been converted from a long-term rental. There are two parking spaces assigned to the townhouse in the parking lot.
