Across the road from the pristine waters of Scarborough/Trigg Beach sits this splendid self contained studio apartment on a quiet cul-de-sac. Guests have separate access to the studio and there is street parking available. Unit is brand new, modern, open plan with all the amenities needed for relaxing and alfresco dining. Perfect for a single person or a couple looking to relax or enjoy the vibrant Scarborough coastline promenade, beach, bushland reserve or parks all in short walking distance.

One Bedroom, Queen size bed, very comfy. Separate recently renovated Bathroom with Shower, vanity and Toilet, combined living, very comfy lounge, eating area with table. Full kitchen with all utensils. Fully furnished and equipped, 2 Air Con units, one in bedroom and one in living area. Swimming Pool and BBQ, large outdoor area for guests use. The pool and out door area is shared with myself and partner. I have a small dog, Pepper the Poodle. Registered with local WA STRA requirements.

It is a pleasant walk to the coast, Karrinyup Shopping Centre and St Mary's School and a short drive to the city. The studio is suitable for individual, couples and business travellers.

2 minutes walk to Scarborough Beach and restaurants. You’ll love it, a large spacious house with an amazing outdoor living space with the ease of the hop, skip and jump (literally only 300 meters) to the beach and 900m to the Scarborough pool! Free Netflix in the lounge room, with both bedrooms (one king bed & one queen bed) having ceiling fans and the air conditioner in the open planned lounge room cools the air on those warmer days. It's a great place for all travellers.

We have a friendly dog as well.

You will have your own place to stay in Scarborough. The Guest house is in a separate building adjacent to the main house, overlooks the property garden and swimming pool. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).
