Just a 14-minute walk, or 3-minute drive to downtown Clayton. Spend an evening on the screened in porch, play cards in the game room while listening to some music or enjoy breakfast with family in the kitchen. Close by are many trails, waterfalls, rivers and lakes! Ask about my other two bedroom cottage (The Cozy Rose) also minutes to downtown Clayton.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

In addition to two bedrooms, there is a large loft area with upscale bunk beds, perfect for adults and kids alike! A circular drive provides parking for up to three vehicles. The deck leads down to a private back yard with a covered patio and lighted fire pit with fire wood.
