Self contained part of charming thatched cottage in this attractive South Oxfordshire village, between Didcot (2.5 miles) and Wallingford (3.5 miles). The accommodation has its own entrance, sitting room - with inglenook fireplace (only use electric fire provided) - and steep, winding stairs leading to the large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and superking bed. Guests will have sole use of the adjoining bathroom. Period features also include low beams, but rule out a shower. Not for children.

We invite you to stay in our spacious 1-bedroom apartment in central Wallingford. Situated on the 2nd floor of a historic building in the beautiful town square. The apartment has one bright and airy bedroom with a comfortable King size bed, a modern bathroom with shower over bath and a well appointed kitchen/lounge/diner. The convenient location is ideal for exploring Wallingford, Oxford and the surrounding areas. With allocated parking it is the perfect retreat for a memorable stay.

Our newly renovated self contained studio is attached to our home and is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of clifton Hampden. We are a five minute walk from the Thames footpath which is perfect for enjoying this beautiful stretch of the river either towards Wallingford or Oxford. The studio has an equipped kitchen area and separate shower room. There is parking and the studio has its own separate entrance. The decor is modern and clean with a cosy ambiance.

Gardeners’ Cottage (Georgian stable conversion)

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.

During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
