The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

The Cottage is filled with coastal colors and accessories so it feels fun and updated but still retains the feeling of walking into a well loved family beach cottage. Retreat to the 'Captain's Quarters'! Our guest cottage celebrates the nautical heritage of Deltaville and the surrounding Rivah country. Equipped to sleep up to 8 guests, Captain's Quarters is located in Berryville Shores along the Piankatank River, just a short drive from the heart of Deltaville. Fishing Bay Marina and Fishing Bay Yacht Club can easily be reached by bike, or bring your golf-cart to more easily explore the area. Families welcome, no pets please.

If a quiet country setting is your relaxation, this is your place. Surrounded by open fields that attract deer, turkey, osprey, ground hogs, this is natures haven. Outdoor seating around a permanent firepit or covered backporch with bar top overlooking wildlife. Renovated 2019. Yet, just seconds from downtown Deltaville. House accommodates wheelchairs.
