This room is perfect for individuals traveling together and offers a little more privacy.

Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

We are conveniently located 5 miles south of Grand Mesa National Forest and 5 miles north of the charming town of Cedaredge close to Hwy 65. The property is private and quiet . We live above the apartments but are very quiet and easily accessible if you need anything. The Grand Mesa is the largest flat-topped mountain in the world is the perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.

This is a very unique basement apartment unit in the downtown heart of Paonia with the Paonia ditch running through a quarter acre treed oasis. The whole building is an eccentric hand-crafted living art space that has prior to now been operating as an Artist in residency. This apartment has lots of natural light and an epic sauna! You will have a walk out patio and will be in a two block radius of restaurants, cafe's, and grocery stores.
