The Tsawwassen ferry terminal is a 10 minute drive away, YVR Airport is 20 minutes away by car, and downtown Vancouver is easily accessible by transit or car.

Large, bright studio suite (approx. 650 sq. ft.) with close proximity to the beach, ferry, grocery stores, pharmacies, water park as well as the Tsawwassen Mills/Commons shopping malls. The suite is on the main floor of a house in a central residential neighbourhood. Patio doors lead to a large, private deck with a patio table/chairs. There is a private entrance to the suite. We just added a propane BBQ, so you can enjoy grilling while sitting on the beautiful deck!
