Rensselaer's unique art scene is renowned; check out over two dozen murals that grace our revitalized downtown. Play disc golf at Brookside Park-we have discs for guests' use! Our listing fee is what it is-no separate "cleaning fee." We'll always leave you with homebaked goodies, & make sure there are farm fresh eggs in the fridge. Private Studio in Historic Home

Adorable, spacious studio in a safe, quiet neighborhood. This historic home is split into two apartments, you will be staying in the apartment that occupies a portion of the second floor(this is where you’ll find you kitchen) and the entirety of the third floor. There are stairs that must be navigated into this unit!!! The bedroom is on the 3rd floor. Strict quiet hours 9p-8a and no loud music, yelling, etc anytime time of the day. If a longer stay is needed message me about availability!

Cozy three room studio just one block from the center of town. Within walking distance to the library, courthouse, museum, and several good restaurants and antique shops. Off the street parking right outside your door. Kitchen contains toaster, coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge containing bottled water. Considering our current environment, you can rest assured our studio is sanitized after each guest as well as linens and bedding. We do request that you do not bring pets.

Dogs welcome, 30lbs and under allowed with some breed restrictions. BEFORE BOOKING, you MUST inquire about your pet to make sure it is okay. This is a 2 guest unit. Sorry, no cats.
