There is not a private entrance but once you enter through the front door, you’ll have the whole lower level to yourself. We live in a quiet neighborhood close to a metro park with lots of hiking/biking trails. And there’s easy freeway access. We're 10 minutes from Polaris Fashion Place, 10 minutes from uptown Westerville and 15 minutes from Easton Town Center.
