We require a cash security deposit for 3 or more guests or anyone under 35 or at check-in. It will be returned at check-out if there are no damages inside or outside of unit, all trash is removed linens are not ruined and the unit is left in the same condition as when you check-in

The North Beach Hotel is a seaside getaway located in the quiet town of Ventnor, just half a block (250 feet) from the Ventnor City Boardwalk and Ventnor beaches. The historic building has 8 unique private rooms and a spacious front porch for all to enjoy. The North Beach Hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfect for a homebase as you enjoy the beach and the Atlantic City area. The Terry House, a Federal Townhouse circa 1860, is located in historic New Castle, Delaware. This room is on the 2nd floor, featuring a historical nautical theme in one room and historical classic cars in the other room. This suite features, a queen and a full beds as well as private baths and a mini fridge in each room. There is a common area space called the parlor room on the first floor to work, hangout, or play games. ** Not serving breakfast at the moment.
