Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Rustic lakeside cabin on Sacandaga Lake in the Adirondack Mountains. Room for about 4 people. Plenty of outdoor space. There is a picnic table next to the camp and at the beach. There are also two fire pits, one next to camp and one next to picnic table at beach. We have wood for sale under the camp or lots of places to scavenge from. Great beach with a large dock. Beach starts small and get bigger as the summer goes on and the lake levels drop. There is a hill from beach to camp.

Located 30 minutes west of Speculator, our property is close to hiking trails, snowmobile trails and other Adirondack sights. This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
