Our studio condo is located at Gulf Shores Plantation Resort Conference Center. The resort has several pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, and many other amenities. My one bedroom and one and a half bath bungalow is located in Bay to Breakers which is a private street that offers beach access to the Gulf, community pool area and a long fishing pier on Mobile Bay. My unit features an upstairs bedroom with balcony with great views of the Gulf. The kitchen is well equipped with counter eating area, WiFi, cable TV in living area and bedroom and washer/dryer. There is a gas grill with outdoor seating. Beach Chairs & Umbrellas for guests use.

On main level is living area, sleeper sofa, eating/kitchen and full bath, upstairs you will find a cute lofted bedroom w/queen bed. Parking is a 1 time charge on site 2-3 nights $25, 4-6 nights $35, 7-14 $45 per car.
