New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

The apartment provides pleasant time for the whole family. Kitchenette with dining room and sofa area with TV. The apartment is surrounded by trees, it is intimate and quiet. Parking by the building on a fenced area with security. To the sea and the beautiful beach 300 meters walk through the forest. In March 2025 we refreshed the interiors.

Dette feriehus ligger i ferieby med 52 huse, fordelt i 5 klynger. Der er fælles swimmingpool(husk håndklæder til udendørs brug), legeplads, fælleshus, et vaskerum, parkeringsplads, og affaldscontainer. Alle græsområder er fælles. Der må IKKE parkeres ved huset. Huset er til 4 personer, men efter aftale kan femte person tillades. Husdyr er jeg ikke meget for, men efter aftale kan det arrangeres. Der er ca. 300m til strand. Byen ligger i en skov, med masser af natur.

It has a surface of 32 sqm and it is located on the 4th floor facing east and overlooking a patio .
