Beautiful covered dock house fully equip with fresh water, lights, electricity and fish cleaning station. New floating dock with water at low tide. House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.

It is walking/bicycling distance from Downtown, Fort King George, Historic square, Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge (Great for wildlife photography) Parks and Waterfront also Restaurants and Shops. You'll find everything you need inside. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and there is an available washer/dryer. We welcome this beautiful home that has recently been fully remodeled and includes a entertainment game house in the backyard. It features a pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table, dart board and other fun entertainment. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart TVs. High speed WiFi available. There is a screened in porch with patio furniture and a large outdoor patio area perfect for Grilling out. Kids will surely enjoy this fabulous home. No pets.
