Sip coffee between the peaks, then hike, raft, or climb the New River Gorge. Cozy midcentury interior, tankless hot showers, and a table that converts to a queen. Our steampunk Huxley House sits next door. Snug by design, so not great for big and tall folks.

The chalet is conveniently located one mile from Summersville Lake (Battle Run Recreation Area), 22-miles from the New River Gorge National Park, and four miles from the Upper Gauley River rafting and kayaking put-in.
