Additional restaurants are across from the pier- The Pierside ( delicious fine dining), La Galetta Creperie (Yum!), Bear Cost coffee and pastry shop, a coffee and ice cream shop, a small convenience store and gift shop are all there in the pier area. There is a beautiful scenic walking trail right along the beach. It's about a 1 1/2 miles to north beach and about the same distance south to Calafia beach. Unit is located in a small condo complex, in a quiet neighborhood, 1 bedroom one bath unit, fully furnished, kitchen equipped. Elevator from garage to each floor. Laundry facility available in parking garage, one space for parking .The swimming pool is right out the front door for an alternate to the beach, bar-b-que in the pool area. Clean and simple, 200 square foot Studio with travertine tile bathroom and small full kitchen. Queen bed and second queen bed in loft. In the loft, you cannot stand up, you can only sit up and it is accessible via stairs like for a bunk bed. Great place to rest after you’ve gone down to the beach; visited all the local art galleries; restaurants. The studio is close to North Coast Highway and beaches like Crescent Bay and Shaw’s cove but is not oceanfront. Walking distance to downtown Laguna.
