Colyton is a short drive to some of the best beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast.

Set in the beautiful Devon countryside, halfway between the market towns of Axminster & Honiton and 15/20 minutes from Lyme Regis, Charmouth & Seaton beaches. You are welcome to bring up to 2 well behaved dogs and will have your own private garden. There is an external camera which overlooks the gate and driveway and a video doorbell on the gate facing the road.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Recently refurbished to provide accommodation for 6, this tranquil, spacious Victorian house has picturesque countryside views across Uplyme village and an easy river walk down to Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast. There is one double en-suite, one king size en-suite and a family room with separate bathroom. There is off-road parking available for two cars and a large garden where we are often gardening. We are relaxed hosts, live next door and are here to help as required.
