The house is recently updated and includes a kitchen and bathroom area, as well as a small closet and daybed. Parking is located right next to the house with enough room for two cars. Includes: Refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, pots and pans, silverware, measuring cups ** new outdoor shower!

Lightening Bug Season at The Barn Guesthouse

The Barn Guesthouse is located on Lookout Mountain in beautiful Rising Fawn Georgia. It features a modern take on the rustic, cabin aesthetic. Enjoy serene views of the forest from the tall windows with high ceilings and skylights providing space and light. Soak in the claw-foot tub and sit out on the patio. It's a guesthouse next to my home that offers privacy, comfort and serenity. The home is nestled in a scenic, peaceful and safe neighborhood with a small community feel.

Fannie's Place

This tiny home is on the historic home site of Fannie Mennen and the Plum Nelly Clothesline Art Show. She even named the road. The home is brand new, artfully decorated and has 1 double bed, 1 bath, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The view is from 2000 ft elevation and looks into the valley and across to the mountain again. There is civil war history on the property. There is a 100 ft drop so guests are asked to not stay here with young children.

Enjoy a get away at Little Red at Our Lake Resort. Unwind at our cozy, woodsy, tiny home/cabin. Watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the lake. Fish in the fully stocked lake, swim, kayak, or just sit on one of two docks and relax. Cook over an open fire pit at the cabin. Grill on private gas griddle at your cabin. Grill or make homemade pizzas in the common gazebo area right beside the cabin. Relax in hammock or just gather by a warm fire. No pets, no smoking inside.
