Cast your cares away at this peaceful cottage located in a quiet lake community. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is sure to meet all of your expectations! Relax on the decks where you'll enjoy a gas grill and outdoor eating areas. Enjoy delicious smores by the fire pit! Soak in the sunsets at Washita Point's beach and enjoy meals at Alberta Creek's seasonal restaurant. Both are approximately 1 mile from the cottage! Indulge yourself in creating memories to carry with you until your return!

Gated 5 acres property that is a wonderful place to get away from it all. Our home has 1,500 square foot and is located 12 miles from Choctaw Casino and Resort and 10 miles from Texoma lake. You will find a dedicated coffee station that includes both a Keurig as well as brewed coffee. For the younger ones, they will get to enjoy a dedicated kids space that includes a table/4 chairs as well as books/games. The home features an outside deck with a grill/rocking chairs to enjoy the sunset.

We are ideally located near Lake Texoma and the State Park (<2 miles) where you can take your family hiking, swimming, or fishing. Around the bend is Catfish Bay (3 miles) and Alberta Marina (5 miles) both offer boat ramps, marina supplies, and rentals of all kinds. High speed internet is available for guest use.

Please keep in mind that we are in the country and live on a dirt road. We have a horse and chickens that will be happy to greet you on your arrival. *As the pictures indicate, the Airbnb is behind the main home. We do live on the property but will have 100% privacy.
