Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. Our building was built in 1930. The apartment was originally a boarding house that sat above a retail store. While it has been fully remodeled, the exposed brick walls, wood floors, transom doors, and much of the trim are original to the building, retaining its ninety year old charm. The sitting area and the front bedroom each have a door that opens onto the balcony that over looks the downtown entertainment district. The areas best shops, boutiques, and restaurants are on the same block!

This is a private in-law suite above the attached garage of a historic home located in the heart of of Downtown Huntsville. Walk to all of the restaurants and bars. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The private living room has the basic amenities, i.e.- microwave, dinner table, silverware, fridge, WI-FI, and tv with internet TV. This space has its own thermostat that you control. Enjoy a modern in‑law suite in South Huntsville. The suite occupies the entire basement floor with no shared interior spaces and a private entrance. My family lives on the main floor. The space is cozy, comfortable, and close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and entertainment—great for work or relaxation. We have two friendly dogs upstairs who do not access the suite, but if you fear dogs, this may not be the best fit.
