The House is upside down living with a large vaulted open plan living space upstairs, leading to a large balcony. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms; one en-suite, plus a bathroom and garden. The 3rd bedroom has bunks.

Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.
