The Old Dairy, cottage on Highland Farm

As the name suggests this cottage was previously used as dairy on the family farm in years gone by. The house was built in the 1850's, the first house on the farm as it is now. The cottage was also known as Grieves House and was home to the Manager of Dalmore Distillery years and years ago. We live on a family farm and there is always somebody nearby for assistance during your stay. Dalmore Farm is in a quiet location on the edge of Alness, a busy town which in 2018 won the title of Best High Street in Scotland. Set on the shore of the Cromarty Firth, this makes an ideal base for exploring Easter Ross and the Northern Highlands. Alness town centre is approx 10 - 15 walk Morrisons and Lidl are approx 5 minute walk

Named Glen View for a good reason, this refurbished cottage offers the wilderness of the Highlands on your door-step, while only minutes from the amenities of a city and nearby transport hubs. the secure fully fenced garden offers direct access onto the hill and forest at the rear while the front looks down the glen towards Loch Ness which glints on the horizon. Relax and enjoy the view from the hot tub or fire pit area or just cosy up in front of the wood burning stove in the sitting room.

Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Here you will find bespoke shopping, restaurants along with the historic Priory.

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.
