Cemaes is close to the historical town of Machynlleth and Snowdonia National Park. Beautiful views await you along with lots of things to do and see. Whether walking, biking or just enjoying a lunch in a pretty town or visiting tourist interests there is plenty to do here. The Dyfi Valley is a designated UNESCO Biosphere.

Colwyn Bay station is a 15 min walk. Llandudno, walks for all abilities and beautiful beach. Snowdonia, Conwy, Anglesey and Betws-y-Coed are all an easy drive. There’s a zoo nearby and children’s play areas will be along the Prom and a new sandy beach from June. Just a 5 min walk away. Your Co-Host Julie is a Welsh speaker.

Starting from the property you take numerous walks and have mountain bike trails and salmon fishing on your doorstep.

Bala is nestled in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park where you can find an abundance of truly stunning landscapes to explore from the doorstep. Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) is a short walk from the house, with all local amenities pubs, shops, cafes within 200 yards.
