This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

We are really proud of our converted shipping containers which offer our guests accommodation for two people in a double bed, with ensuite shower room and a small kitchenette. The Cow Pads are fully insulated, 90% powered by green energy from the farm, have incredible countryside views and a delightful decking area. Our beautifully renovated, Grade B listed, stunning 2 bedroom , second floor flat overlooks Anstruther harbour. Situated in the 'East Neuk' of Fife it is ideally positioned for exploring the local fishing villages. 15 minutes drive takes you to St Andrews Home of Golf. Although we do accept 3 night bookings, our preference is for minimum 5 night stays during peak times (e.g school holidays)

The Annexe at Kirkmay Farmhouse, Crail.

The Annexe is a bright, two-bedroomed house attached to the main farmhouse. It is self-contained with it’s own parking and garden areas. The property has been completely re-wired, re-plumbed and re-decorated with new beds, kitchen and bathroom. This a convenient rental for guests attending an event in The Cow Shed at Sypsies Farm. We are roughly 300m away along the farm track.

Perfect for a couple with a kid, or 2 friends ( the ladder to the mezzanine is a bit steep ) A wooden stove is there to warm up winter evenings. You will enjoy Crail and its surroundings, as we are in the heart of the village.
