The bedroom is equipped with 32-inch smart TV, Hairdryer,Kitchenette including microwave, mini fridge, complimentary water, tea/coffee making facilities, biscuits, plates, cutlery and bathroom providing towels and toiletries. The bedroom has a Double bed, Desk, Mirror, Chair, Bedside Tables, Chest of Drawers, Freestanding Clothes Hanger and Central Heating. Maximum occupancy is 2.

I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. Attic in my shared home. I'm vegetarian. The house is spacious with tranquil garden, in friendly street in the West End. We are a pleasant 15 mins. walk to the town centre for shops, pubs and restaurants. Close to the Memorial Hospital for NHS workers. Great for work, visiting friends/family or holidays. Breakfast can be arranged "make it yourself" fashion at an additional cost of £5. Vegan and gluten free food on offer. Wifi is fast. EVs can be charged at an additional cost. Please discus.

Modern 3 storey home. Guests have sole use of the rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge with two two seater reclining sofas, TV, Music/DVD players. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track

The Courtyard studio offers self contained accommodation within our guesthouse located in Horden. The studio offers 1 king-size bed (or 2 singles if requested) plus a sofa bed. A kitchenette area offering a microwave and toaster with tea & coffee making facilities also provided. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the guesthouse. Great travel links with Access to the A19 within minutes which links to Durham, Sunderland & Newcastle. The newly opened train station is also only a short walk away.

Holehouse bunkhouse is situated in Eastgate Weardale in an Area of outstanding national beauty. The bunkhouse has 3 bedrooms with 4 bunks and one pull out bed in each, with 1 bathroom for each room. The communal kitchen has a washing machine, cooking facilities and fridge freezer. The bunkhouse is situated on the Weardale way with the footpath passing through the farm. The C2C cycle route also passes very close by. 2 stables are also available with grazing facilities.

Lovely farmhouse location a short walk from the charming village of Lanchester, full of interesting places to explore and eat. Close to Durham city and University, dales and coast. Near Hadrian’s Wall and medieval Blanchland, Pry lies just south of Hexham and Corbridge, making it the perfect base for exploring Northumberland and beyond. Help is on hand with Steve and Cocker Spaniel Kes. There’s homemade organic breads, rare-breed (even Roman!) eggs and advice on walking, cycling, or casting a fly for salmon and wild trout.
