The Stable Yard, Tranquil stay in beautiful Down
Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

Panorama, peace, nature. The Lookout
Luxurious and spacious glamping pods in a natural paradise. The views to the mountains and the sea are fantastic. The upper of our 2 pods is designed so you can enjoy the 180 degree view while enjoying the comforts of inside: it is the perfect place to relax. The mature and large site is full of birdsong and places for children to explore. We're far from busyness and lights so the peace and the stars can be appreciated. Yet it's under 20 minutes to beaches and mountains, less to the forests.

Seaside Annex with local attractions
The Annex is a newly renovated apartment which is situated at the rear of my home with its own keyed entrance set in a convenient location 1 mile from Bangor’s town centre. The Annex is a fresh, double bedroom apartment with a pull out chair bed. It sleeps 3 very comfortably so is perfect for a family with 1 child or 2-3 adults. The living area is fitted out with a wall mounted LED television, electric stove fire with table and chairs. Fresh towels, linen and a hairdryer are also provided.

Quaint “Lilac Tree Cottage” Greyabbey
'Lilac Tree' is a quaint two bedroom cottage located in the historic village of Greyabbey on the shores of Strangford Lough, Ards Peninsula, opposite the beautiful Cistercian Abbey. The cottage dates back to 1860 and has a spacious living room with wood-burning stove, seperate kitchen with dining table, two small cosy bedrooms & a modern bathroom. Accommodates 4 guests with additional accommodation available for a further 2 guests. A wood-fired hot tub can be set up for an extra charge of £120

Stone Wall Cottage
200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

A home away from home, in the grounds of our family holiday home, the house is just 300m away from the entrance of Tollymore Forest Park. Unwind in the hot tub soaking in the dramatic view of the Mourne Mountains. Inside, relax in front of a cosy wood burning stove. Lively Newcastle town, with its many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants is less than 5 minutes drive away. Other attractions close by are Murlough Beach, Castlewellan forest Park & many walking, hiking & cycling trails.

Bird Island Bothy
Wake with the rising sun, shrill calls of the wading birds, and waves breaking on the shore only meters away. The wild shore and vegetation provide a great habitat for birds, mammals, insects and spiders typical of the Irish coast. Wading birds can be seen feeding along the undisturbed shore. Bird Island Bothy has the feel of a sailing ship's cabin with chunky wooden beams, mock four-poster bed and plush velvet curtains. A great base from which to explore the Ards Peninsula.

The natural beauty of this private property displays a 360 degree view of the Mourne Mountains, Dramara and Slieve Croob Mountains, sea It offers the luxury of watching the stars whilst basking in the fresh spring water log burning private hot tub for an additional cost of £50 per day. Not suitable for children under 5 years. this must be previously booked
