You may not even need the Wi-Fi and smart TV! There is a full kitchen, full bath, 3 BR's (queen bed, 2- full size double beds, and sleeper sofa in LR). There is a grill on the front porch, backyard 🔥 pit and outdoor shower just in case you find some mud on your adventure! Towels and bedding are included.

It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you!
