Woodland Cotswold Shepherd's Hut

This three year old hut is very comfy with multiple amenities including: a double futon bed (which is firm, but has a good foam mattress topper) a fold up and down dining table, a radiator, kitchen with mini fridge; plug electric hob; kettle and cookery equipment, a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, books and binoculars for birdwatching on your walks. The hut sits on the edge of our private land, and backs onto a private footpath. Out front is a small stone patio with a fire pit and chairs.

This beautiful bespoke-made sheperd’s hut is located one mile outside the charming market town of Chipping Norton. Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. The sheperd’s hut is a quiet haven, equipped with a wood burning stove, mini oven, a power electric shower, underfloor heating, cosy armchairs and a king sized bed. The Hut is situated in a quiet location on a small working farm, in your own private space with outside seating to enjoy the beautiful views. Perfect for a relaxing/romantic stay. Guiting Power village is just a 10 min walk along a footpath or by road, with Country Pubs, a Post Office/Cafe and a Deli/Coffee shop. Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

Green Valley is very cosy, central heated and extremely well insulated. It has its own bathroom, kitchen and private garden with a sun-trap seating area.

The huts are only a 4 minute drive from Cirencester and the Cotswold Water Park is a 5 minute walk, through a pretty woodland.
