Penver studio is a cosy, homely one bedded apartment on the side of our house in the beautiful quaint village of Treen, St Levan. We are just a stones throw from the southwest coast path, leading to Pedn Vounder beach, Penberth cove, Porthcurno and The Minack Theatre. The village has a seasonal cafe and a pub open all year round for food and drinks; The Logan Rock Inn. We live in the other side of the house and are on hand for local tips, recommendations and any questions you may have.

Self-contained chalet (close to Fistral Beach)

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! We are ideally situated just a few hundred yards from the beautiful working fishing harbour of Mevagissey, with its numerous pubs, restaurants and shops. National Cycle Route 3 passes within 100 yards and there is easy access to the South West Coastal Path.
