A stay in my country cottage home offers ample space for everyone with 4 bedrooms across 3 levels, front porch, back deck, and back patio with pool. Kitchen includes all that is needed to cook and serve a family group, including coffee and drinks. Shower/bath and all bathroom essentials. Smart TVs in 3 rooms with streaming channels. WIFI

The Bunk House

The Bunk House is an 8 by 12 foot shed with 3-4 bunks. There is a twin sized bed across the back, a bunk sized bed on each side and a plank to pull out to accommodate a fourth person in the middle over the walkway. With this adaptation, you have an 8 by 10 foot bed. We provide foam mattresses, sheets, blankets and pillows. There is an air-conditioner and a heater. Bucket toilet behind the bunkhouse. Fire ring available. No pets. The water is from our deep well - tested, certified and delicious!

Spend your day sipping to your heart’s content at a local winery, hiking through the Finger Lakes State Park, or relaxing and breathing in the fresh air at the beautiful shared pool overlooking the surrounding forest. You'll love the kitchen, the peace, and the coziness. The in-ground heated pool is 25 x 50 feet. (Closed mid Oct. - mid April) We stock wood for the fire pit, so roast hot dogs, or make S'mores! Romantic Getaway when you stay under the stars at our mancave retreat. This property is on 122 acres of rolling hills, pecan trees and crop land. We harvest pecans every year. The mancave comes with a full size bedroom with television upstairs, futon, full bath, kitchen/bar/living room area. There are four smart TVs including one one on the patio. You can choose to sit and watch TV from the hot tub or inside. Seasonal pool will be ready by memorial day and thru September.

Faurot Field is only 1.8 miles away, and there’s plenty of parking. The condo has three bedrooms—one king and two queens (one in each room)—perfect for families or groups. Lovingly named for its resemblance to a little brownstone, the space reminds us of our time in NYC. It's designed for comfort and a great stay in Columbia!

Large sunny windows, real bed, (with room to bed a child or two down on the floor) tea pot, easy chair, composting toilet, AC, WiFi, hiking trails. There's no shower in the Cabin. Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".
