The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

Come stay in this three story townhome and enjoy the entire place during your stay in Fort Collins. This place has three bedrooms, 2 on the second floor each with a private bath and king bed. The third floor has queen bed and bath and also has access to the patio with outdoor fireplace and seating! Enjoy the colorado evenings sitting out on the 3rd floor patio! Also each room has a TV for entertainment and there is also a BBQ grill on the patio off the kitchen! Enjoy your stay!
