Enjoy a roaring fire in a rustic cabin during the winter or the coolness of a mini split in the summer. Cohasset, jewel of the South Shore is a quintessential New England seaside village located half way between Boston and Cape Cod. The ocean offers abundant recreation opportunities as well as plentiful parks for hiking and biking. A must visit.

Take a deep breath while relaxing on this 1+ acre wooded estate surrounded by the Hubbell Woodland Preserve and the Hatherly Golf Course across the street. Walk along seaside estates that greet you on your way to swim at Minot Beach which is a short walk away. Ride your bike to Cohasset Harbor while taking in the view of the fishermen catching lobsters and have dinner at the local restaurants. Listen to the waves and smell the salty ocean air and relax and sleep peacefully at Serenity House!

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.

A peaceful beach retreat close to all the action, this one-bedroom cottage is the oldest in the neighborhood and has retro charm. The house is within walking distance of Nantasket Beach and is set back from the road in a large, quiet yard. The driveway is big enough to park two cars so you'll never have to worry about beach parking. Hull has plenty of restaurants and activities during all four seasons.

Beautiful studio in Scituate Harbor for one or two. All the conveniences in one small space. Private entrance and bath with views from your private deck and patio. Walk to EVERYTHING. Many great restaurants and shops. Queen size bed. (Some of the older reviews may mention the sleeper, which we replaced with a queen bed.)
