Welcome to The Majestic River Garden. This charming cottage was built in 1945 before this era of cookie cuter homes where every house in the neighborhood looks the same. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

Jack & Leslie's Waterfront Oasis is located in Cocoa Beach, with an approximate 4 min walk to the beach. Come and enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the Banana River from your backyard. This stylish 2 bed 1 bath cottage is completely remodeled with all new furniture. Coastal decor throughout makes it the perfect place to call home while on vacation. Only 2.5 miles from downtown Cocoa Beach. Restaurants Taco City, Squid Lips, Fat Snook located within minutes by car. Perfect place to vacation!

The Nest

The Nest has undergone a major renovation/expansion with the addition of a full kitchen/dining and separate bedroom. It is an adorable, lavishly decorated lower level, 700 sq ft cottage on a large property located along the Indian River and three blocks from the heart of Cocoa Village. Laundry facility is next door to the Nest and shared with upstairs unit. It has a private courtyard. Parking onsite for one only normal-sized vehicle. No Cleaning Fee on 1-2 day stays. Max two guests.

Cozy Cottage at Cocoa Village/Private Oasis

The Cozy cottage is located in Historic Cocoa Village, walking distance to local restaurants & bars, shopping & seasonal art shows. The local river front park offers a playground, boardwalk, a pavilion, areas for fishing, bicycling, sightseeing, kayak (2) & boat launching. There is an amphitheater & we are a short 15 minute drive to wonderful Cocoa Beach & The Brevard Zoo. Disney and all the other local attractions are also minutes away with a 30 minute drive to the airport.

Merritt Island hideaway

Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated slice of paradise. Equipped with new appliances and a nicely stocked kitchen including Keurig. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably, plus a pack&play for little ones. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac for a comfortable night sleep! Private entrance & parking for two vehicles. We will be happy to provide free shuttle service to & from cruise terminal; schedule permitting. Arrangements for leaving your car can be made.
