Being situated close to Hwy 10, we are 25 mins drive to YVR airport, 10 mins to USA border, 5 mins to Cloverdale rodeo, and 18 mins to White Rock. Our 2 bedroom suite has its own private entrance, kitchen with appliances and utensils, washing machine+dryer, Smart TV, and wifi/cable. No AC.

The neighborhood is fairly nice and quiet with small forests and playgrounds for children.
