The cottage offers quintessential country living as well as modern luxury for 2 people. With its own entrance from the main street, the cottage is the perfect bolthole for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. This bijou cottage has been lovingly restored to a high standard and sits within minutes of all the village amenities and yet is entirely private.

If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Enjoy the lovely setting of this luxurious hideaway in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Our Saddlehouse is set to the side of the farmyard of our working farm and is metres away from the Viking Way footpath. A perfect retreat for walkers and mountain bikers. The farm is situated on a dead-end lane and boasts gorgeous uninterrupted views of the wolds. Sadly unsuitable for infants or children.
