The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Get away from it all! Our tiny cottage (The Lilly) is available only. These 2 cottages are located on 1 acre. Each cottage features a fenced back yard. Nestled between the cottages is the court yard. Hot tub pending repair. Layout: Studio style, 2 Lofts- storage & lounge. Well water, star link internet, Roku . Bring your boat(s)/ sxs/ atvs. We are located 15 mins to Lake Rousseau, Gulf, Three Sisters Springs, & Rainbow River. In the country. One cottage is long term rental and not available.

Private Tropical pool w/ Rainbow springs access

Welcome to the quiet community of Rio Vista. Close to town and restaurants as well as Rainbow River. The park is a 5 min. walk from house or you can drive your car or take the golf cart that has a trailer to pull your kayaks and canoe. The park has picnic tables, restroom and boat launch. After enjoying your day on the river come back and enjoy the beach entry salt pool. Pool heating $15 a night, golf cart $100 for 3 nights, $125 -4 nights $150- 5 nights $175-6nights $200 7 + nights.

The Rustic Bear Cabin is located in Crystal River on 1.16 acre, surrounded by woods & close to the Springs. Very cozy and relaxing. Drink your coffee on the porch, listen to the birds, hang out in the hammock or by the firepit, spy on deers, play with our rustic barrel arcade game, some pingpong, cornhole or dartboard. They can be transported with the golf cart which has a hitch and kayak trailer. If your vehicle has a hitch you may to use it for other area destinations.
