Among the leafy suburbs of south Manchester, Chorlton-cum-Hardy has a reputation as a diverse, liberal community; home to many of Manchester’s creatives. The house is just 300m from the main Manchester Road through central Chorlton, is a short stroll from Beech Road and the Green; with its popular independent traders, bars, coffee shops, cafés, restaurants; there's plenty to amuse you locally, and the bright lights of Manchester city-centre are easily reached by taxi, Metrolink tram, or bus.
