Overlooking The South Downs on the South Cycle Route ,in close proximity to Bosham, Chichester, and the sandy beaches of The Witterings is the annex to Oak House. On offer is a converted barn, containing 2 double bedrooms bathroom sitting room and fully equipped kitchen with self service breakfast included. Please be advised that the staircase is quite steep but there is a banister and stair gate. if required. Guests can see the animals in fields the goats live off the end of the small garden

With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. A cooked English Breakfast is included for all guests. The house is in a semi rural location. We are close to both Guildford & Horsham and on the edge of The Surrey Hills. The largest village in England, Cranleigh, is 6 minutes by car and has many restaurants. We have 2 Double Bedrooms and a 3rd Bedroom with 3 Single Beds. Two of these singles can be zipped together to make a 3rd Double Bed. Note this bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Your own bathroom is on the 1st floor All rooms have Sky TV.

Easy access to Brighton , Hove ,Worthing and London. Shops and restaurants around.

Farmhouse B&B - Orchard View Room

Beautiful 16th Century Grade II listed farmhouse with great views situated 2 miles from the centre of Henfield village. 5 minute walk from the Downs Link so ideal for walkers and cyclists. Spacious rooms, ample parking and a warm welcome. I do have dogs and am unfortunately not able to accept visitor's pets. The driveway of this mainly arable working farm is a bit bumpy in places & liable to be muddy. Breakfast is included with cream teas and dinner also available by prior booking.

Chichester Double Room

It is a very attractive modern detached house in a quiet location on the north/east side of Chichester with free parking and views over Goodwood motor racing circuit and the South Downs. We are 5 minutes walk from St Richard's hospital. Also easily accessed from the A27 and a 20 minute walk to Chichester city centre. A cosy and comfortable double room with a shared bathroom. Breakfast included. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travellers.

The Bay Tree - Central & Quiet Location

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite. The room is quiet, light & airy, with a king size bed and shuttered windows. Free off street parking and WiFi included.

A quintessentially English country cottage tucked away down a lane surrounded by woods and fields and yet only a 15 minute drive from the heart of the beautiful city of Winchester. Guests have a private sitting/dining room and a private bathroom ( not ensuite) This is the perfect rural retreat to relax and explore the South Downs National Park. Please note the guest bed is a standard double size. A generous breakfast is provided.

The Chicken Shed

The` Chicken shed` is a cosy 1 bedroom annexe with en-suite shower room, on the courtyard of Highground Barn, which is a traditional Sussex flint barn originally built in 1760 and converted in 2004. The property sits at the end of a quiet country lane in Barnham village surrounded by fields of grazing horses, and is an ideal location to stay and relax. A stay at the `Chicken Shed` is sure to be a peaceful and relaxing time.

The house is in a quiet residential area. The ground floor has a warm atmosphere with pine floors and a large kitchen/ diner. The guest bedroom overlooks the back garden. The sea, town, station, Tesco and Co-Op express shops and several pubs/ restaurants are all short walks away. The house is close to the Downs, many towns and cities, and event centres such as Goodwood and Fontwell.

Pretty self contained annexe in grounds of a medieval listed farmhouse, well equipped kitchen, 2 cosy double bedrooms TVs, lounge with sofa bed, small shower and toilet, hot tub must be booked for private use . Well behaved dogs only please. Lovely breakfast provided to prepare yourselves . We also do a champagne package with nibbles and cake for £40 or with Prosecco for £ 30
